Dec 8, 2022 · Hi I literally just got my Kraken headset yesterday and everything works fine, but the mic is extremely quiet and I have turned up every setting in windows to the max. The mic’s sensitivity will function according to the levels. On the Playstation I can only bypass it by turning up the voice control. I have searched far and wide and tried just about any solution for the majority of problems regarding audio and playback. Thank you.
