The service center says that it is a non warranty item and they need approval from MB UK. IIRC it was fuse one or two, 30a in the boot. There is a fuse box in the left side of the trunk, please check fuse #2 - This is a 30A fuse and powers up the driver seat, if this fuse is blown there is likely a mechanical problem with the seat frame, or an electrical problem with one of the seat motors. Replaced and all working fine. She defo did overwork it trying to crush the rear seats into the floor though.
