Kelly k rate my professor Professor Delp really cares about her students, and is such an inspiring, fair, and passionate person. Other then that she had amazing lectures and you can tell she is very passionate Ap Class didn't help. I thoroughly enjoyed taking multivariable calculus with her, and learned a lot from the course. I'm happy my friend told me to take her class as she is one of the best professors I've taken. Just copy what is on the powerpoints and on your notes during lectures. Professor King is incredibly kind, her lectures provide real life examples that help bring the textbook to life, and the exams are very manageable. Out of all 6 of my courses by far Professor Stockstad was the worst. Overall, I by far recommend any class needed to be taken with Professor Jackson. This class does require 10 hrs of community service but she literally tells you events that could get them done. Very open to helping students during class when having trouble with a question, and she's very lenient on the grading for the tests. For exams, there were multiple-choice & free-response that were not the most difficult. Tests are heavily graded and are worth 100 points so be very prepared to study each chapters. She doesn't curve tests, iClicker questions are graded on accuracy, and she expects us to understand the material. i wouldnt say they’re difficult classes, i got an A in both and became a peer Best professor, Calculus is a hard subject but this class is seeming to be an easy A, not because of how easy the work is, mind me it's hard. The content we covered was actually super interesting, and I think anyone would enjoy it. We do webassign for homework and quizzes. Note for students: make sure you have strong Algebra skills before taking this class, and you need to dedicate alot of time to this course. Professor Johnson made the class so fun and engaging. Professor showed such a lack in actually wanting you to learn anything. 0. You will not pass doing the bare minimum! If you need help, Professor Nguyen will be there to help. I was a bit nervous taking calculus of all things since math is my worst subject (I got an F in MAT151 my first time taking it), but Kelly explains it so easily that I was able to pass without trouble! This class has been so frustrating, I had to break off a 6-year-old relationship with my girlfriend I miss her :( I took Professor Johnson online for PSYCH153, Human Relations. Hunter cares about her students. Definitely read the textbook and do the practice problems the textbook offers, and you will do fine. I enjoyed her enthusiasm in her lecture videos very much. Only missing more class time w/short session and could've gotten more time for reflection/feedback from all. I came in with no experience in the subject, and now feel confident with all the material. Exams had pretty much everything that was lectured in class. But she gives you so many resources, and is so lenient and caring, that it is impossible not to do good in this class. This was my first online class, and it was an amazing one. c106 requires a lot of memorization (obviously) and k204 is difficult for a lot of ppl. K! She's amazing for new college students. A lot of work. When my application screwed up and I could't turn certain assignments there was no lenience whatsoever. He taught me more about the world, our communities, and what I was missing or overlooking, such skills that might lead to a career, exposure & insight into my own strengths/ weaknesses. If you're looking for a Social Science credit, take her online! Ended up with a 4. Attending lecture helps solidify material learned from the textbook. My only complaint is doing the essays do not try to do your own spin on the question. She would get mad at me when I emailed her outside of the hours she specified, which was Tuesdays 12-2.
